EPIC - This book is so full of awesome that a 5 star rating just isn't good enough!


I loved it - Definitely a favorite. I would read it again for sure!


I really liked it - Great read but doesn't quite make it on my favorite shelf.


I liked it - Good read, but not really memorable.


It was OK - Didn't care for it much, but still had some redeeming qualities.


Not for me - I could barely get through it. These are the books that usually spawn a long, sarcastic rant session from me.

What are the top ten six books that broke your heart a little?



1. Everneath by Brodi Ashton
That ending!



2 & 3. Intertwined and Twisted by Gena Showalter
Intertwined was more of bittersweet, but still made me cry. With Twisted, it was the ending.



4. Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
Again with the ending.



5. Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver
Yet another ending, but many things throughout the book were emotional.



6. If I Stay by Gayle Forman
Basically the whole book...

  2. I've only read Mockingjay from this list and it definitely pulled hard on my heart strings too. Everneath I hope to get to soon!

  4. I have heard that about Mockingjay and so still have yet to finish it. I did read If I Stay and it was heartbreaking. The sequel Where She Went, very good too.

  5. The ending of Everneath was definitely a heartbreaker! And I can't believe I forgot If I Stay - that whole book was so emotional. Great list!:)
